Like a breath of fresh air, Princess Marie was dispatched to the opening of the Copenhagen Cooking festival today. In a fresh, cute but undistracting dress, Marie was trusted with the ability to not only sample the various culinary creations at the many stalls set up around the Black Diamond, but also to be able to communicate respectfully and professionally with key players in Denmark's rapid growth on the gastronomic scene, including Rene Redzepi, new celebrity chef of the Michelin 3-star restaurant Noma. Well done, and hope you had fun, Marie!
