Prince Henrik in California. Happy Birthday, Sir!

Prince Henrik spent his 77th birthday in Solvang, California, a community celebrating its 100th anniversary as a town and large Danish immigrant community. He received the key to the city, gave the mayor an autographed formal photo of himself, and then had cake in the park. The evening event was a private dinner at a vinyard.

He then went up the coast to visit the Tesla factory where they make this luxury all-electric vehicle.







He then went over to Palo Alto to visit the Rodin Museum at Stanford University.
