Charles and Camilla's Scandinavian Tour Schedule

When has Derf ever looked at Madam Yrma with the same lost look of love? Answer: Never.

As announced in February, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will be visiting Scandinavia this week on a goodwill tour in conjunction with Her Majesty The Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Nice chance to introduce Camilla to the full range of the Scandinavian cousins! The visit will begin in Norway on 20 March, where the schedule has the couple pairing up with the king and queen on a number of visits. The couple will move on to Stockholm on 22 March to meet lille Prinsesse Elle and make some more visits with the king and queen.

Then the couple comes to the culminating end of their journey with three days in Denmark where they will again make some visits. But Daisy is trying something out. She and Henrik will not accompany cousin Charles. They are leaving that task to Derf and Yrma. Derfie will have just returned from his visit to Asia (always guaranteed to put him in a more human mood) and Yrma has been promised the limelight and some new frocks to put her in a receiving mood. But these two doofuses alone with the most hardworking heir to the throne in the world? Quel contrast! Daisy may just be giving her son, or more importantly, her son's wife, just enough rope to hang herself. What will be painful for Charles and Camilla will be such fun for us; don't be surprised if you see a lot of this sort of expression from the Brits. Stay tuned!
